General Eligibility Criteria

Listed below are some of the key admission requirements. Other requirements will be discussed during the intake process.  In the event a veteran may need assistance in obtaining any of these requirements or completing an application, please call or send an email.

• Homeless men who are 30 and older and reside in North or South Carolina.

​

• Must be able to furnish a DD214, a VA issued identification or award letter.

​

• Tuberculosis (TB) test must be current (within 6 months).

​

• Participate in structured meetings covering areas related to substance abuse, personal hygiene, life skills training (i.e., financial management) and job readiness.
